Last fall I learned about a cool feature that Shutterfly has and since it's made my life easier, I wanted to share with you.
Have you heard of Shutterfly Share Sites? They are private sites you can set up for your team/class/family/organization to help keep everyone organized. Of course Shutterfly's primary purpose is photo sharing. Which is a great feature. You can privately post photos from your group's events to share with just your members. And then they can order them if they'd like!
But the very best features for us team/room moms....the calendar. You can set up your calendar with practices/games/performances etc and it will automatically send reminders to your members! Need volunteers? Need donations for an event or party? Need game snacks? Set up a sign up sheet. It will send an email to your members to tell them to sign up....and send them a reminder to bring it!
I've been busy setting up sites for the boys' teams this Spring. Yes, it's February and Little League in Texas is in full swing.
