Since we are getting ready to begin yet another baseball season I thought it would be fitting to share this Opening Ceremonies layout. I usually steer very clear of 2 page layouts but there were just too many cute pictures this day. So I basically made a one page layout then filled the second page with photos and a few embellishments.
We are so thankful for how things of changed since these photos were taken. Once upon a time Chad barely got to see any of Maddox's games. I remember him rushing in and out on this particular day. Off to his own games. Now, he's coaching both boys' teams. It makes for a crazy but wonderful season.
Tomorrow Chad will spend all day at tryouts for Maddox's league. He always finds it quite entertaining. I think he judges the parents more so than the kids.:) Last year he did a great job of putting together a team of families, many of whom have become our good friends. Unfortunately Maddox moved up an age group while most of them stayed. I'm looking forward to meeting a new team!
